At first glance, I was upset about the Government Accountability Office (GAO) study that appeared to question the $6.5 Billion expended last year on entrepreneurial activities by a wide range of federal agencies. Among the report’s conclusions is that many of the more than 80 programs that support small business and entrepreneurs administered by the
