As a Policy Specialist, you will work with the policy and communications teams to accomplish our mission by supporting state and local efforts to advocate on the behalf of our members and small/microbusinesses. The California Reinvestment Coalition seeks an experienced, mission-driven Program Manager to lead CRC’s new Resilience Fund initiative, a two-year, $4 million program to reimagine systems of capital centered on Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities. Guided by an Advisory Committee of community leaders, the Resilience Fund will provide capacity building, technical assistance, and grants to a support cohort of 10-12 BIPOC-led nonprofits in becoming certified Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).
