Ann Sullivan talked about the new provisions of the PPP program (outlined in the slides) and we discussed some of the other details of the program. Apologies but we started the recording after Ann’s slides.
Outstanding issues:
- We’re waiting for a definition of venue for the grant program for shuttered venues.
- Waiting for a fix for sole-proprietors per the New York Times article.
- Cost of goods sold definition is problematic. We are checking Congressional intent and will update later.
