Program Manager

CAMEO is searching for a Full-Time, Exempt, Program Manager who increase our ability to deliver capacity building programs that support our mission of helping grow a thriving ecosystem of support for underserved entrepreneurs. Equity is at the heart of CAMEO’s mission and that of our members. Almost everything we do; we do with an equity lens.

Reporting to the VP, Engagement and External Relations and serving as an integral member of the program team, the Program Manager will be responsible for the development of a new program that will help us bridge the gap between California’s small business ecosystem and the climate resiliency infrastructure. In addition, the program manager will support existing member-focused projects and programs. General duties include program management, technical, clerical, and record-keeping, as well as member outreach. This position will have no direct reports. Program Assistant

CAMEO is searching for a Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Program Assistant who will provide administrative support for all of CAMEO’s diverse programs and support CAMEO’s mission of helping grow a thriving ecosystem of support for underserved entrepreneurs.

Reporting to the VP, Strategic Initiatives and CDFI Incubator Director and serving as an integral member of the program team, the Program Assistant will be responsible for tracking and supporting the workflow and process of CAMEO programs, training, and resources we provide to our network of member organizations. General duties include program logistics, technical, clerical, and record-keeping, as well as member outreach.  This is an outstanding entry-level opportunity with career growth potential for an organized, fast learner and go getter interested in joining in a growing mission-driven organization.

Sr. Program Manager, CDFI Programs

CAMEO is searching for a Full-Time, Exempt, Senior Program Manager, CDFI Programs who will drive programs, services, resources, and training to support Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) microlenders and small business lenders in California and around the country to support its mission of helping grow a thriving ecosystem of support for underserved entrepreneurs.

Reporting to the VP, Strategic Initiatives and CDFI Incubator Director and serving as an integral member of the program team, the Senior Program Manager, CDFI Resources and Training will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the organization’s programmatic goals to scale the impact of CDFI microlenders and small business lenders who are helping low-income and BIPOC entrepreneurs start and grow successful businesses. This position has no direct reports. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate community finance professional to join a fast paced and growing mission-driven organization that prioritizes work/life balance of its team members.
