CDFI Shared Services Center

CAMEO Network’s Shared Services Center (SSC) provides essential services that emerging and midsized CDFIs need. Through this centralized resource for operational, HR, technology, and finance functions, CDFIs can expand their capacity and stay focused on what matters most: serving small businesses in their communities.

Why Shared Services?

CAMEO Network launched the CDFI Shared Services Center in September 2022 with a $2 million grant from Citi Foundation’s Community Finance Innovation Fund. The SSC is the first-of-its-kind resource designed to help CDFIs increase internal capacity so they can serve more entrepreneurs and communities. 

Shared Services is the answer to the CDFI industry’s capacity challenge. Furthermore, it’s a solution that helps organizations achieve cost savings for crucial services. Our Shared Services Center serves as a sort of “one-stop shop” where CDFIs can tap into services that are essential for their organization’s continued growth.

• 1:1 advisory services  
• Past group training topics: compensation analysis, sexual harassment, etc. 

Services are provided through a carefully vetted outside vendor with expertise in the non-profit sector.
