Celebrating National Veterans Small Business Week
This week is National Veterans Small Business Week and Veteran’s Day. We’re honoring our veteran entrepreneurs with the story of Joshica Kiah, an Air Force veteran and founder of Joshica Beauty:
“A lot of the things that I’ve learned in the military – as far as managing my time, having a strong work ethic, being teamwork-minded – have been very helpful. Not only does it empower me to go out there and do it, but it also helps me stay motivated.”
Read Joshica’s story and learn more about our WOVEN program.
Global Cash Analysis Webinar: A Microlending Essential
Global Cash Flow Analysis is a critical part of small business lending underwriting that takes a holistic view of the business owner’s entire cash situation – both personal cash as well as business cash.
Join us for “Introduction to Global Cash Analysis” on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at 2:00 pm.
CAMEO Comments on CRA Changes
CAMEO submitted a letter in response to the OCC’s proposed changes to the Community Reinvestment Act. It’s important to make our voices heard so that regulators can see the crucial role the CRA plays in reaching communities historically marginalized from economic opportunity. The deadline to submit comments is November 19, 2018 – you can use our letter or write your own.
