Make Your Voice Heard on Responsible Business Lending
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals is set to hear SBFA v. Hewlett, a lawsuit claiming that California’s Commercial Financing Disclosures Law (aka SB 1235, which CAMEO Network sponsored) violates small business lenders’ First Amendment rights and is preempted by the Truth in Lending Act.
We need your help to make sure these common-sense commercial financing disclosure regulations stay in place! Sign on to our amicus brief to the Court in support of this important law.
Small Business Credit Survey Now Open
The Federal Reserve’s 2024 Small Business Credit Survey is now open! Ask your clients to share their recent experiences on debt, financial conditions, and more.
