We’re Hiring a Program Manager!
Do you visit your local bookstore more than Barnes and Noble? Do you support local economies driven by local small business owners? Do you understand the power of business ownership to lift up families and help them thrive and reach their version of the California Dream? If so, you could be our new Program Manager and help increase our capacity to deliver programs.
The Program Manager will track and support the workflow process of member-focused projects and programs with a focus on programs located mainly in Los Angeles and Southern California. General duties include program management and member outreach.
Interested candidates should provide a digital cover letter and resume to cameo@microbiz.org.
Only One Week Left to Renew Your CAMEO Membership
Our dynamic network of organizations and individuals builds businesses that create local jobs and grow the Californian economy through micro-enterprise development.
If you’re not the decision maker in your organization, make sure your boss renews your membership!
CDFI Essentials
Last year, CAMEO received several requests from CDFIs to assist with the development of their loan program, a long-term effort that could span 2-3 years and involves many steps. So we are offering a new service, the CDFI Essentials Program. Last week we had our first cohort meeting led by Susan Brown, who will be working with five loan programs on developing solid basics and tweaking the rest of their loan policy manual. Email Heidi if you’re interested in learning more.
