She holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and a BA in Human Resources, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Shannon has worked with a diverse range of organizations—including Chase, DSW, RCAC, Tribal Governments, and healthcare systems—bringing deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, and organizational culture.
