Last week, we held a listening session to hear how each of you are responding to the pandemic and starting to implement programs and procedures to help your clients and serve the small business community.
Based on feedback from our first listening and sharing session, we decided to host a weekly “CAMEO Member Office Hours” to talk about how your response is changing from week to week.
We’ll start with a quick advocacy update and move into a discussion about the following
– How your strategies are working around TA? around lending? around your own organization’s process?
– What challenges do you need help with?
– What are you not doing because you haven’t figured it out yet?
We’ll also continue to take notes and convey what you have to say to other stakeholders so they know what’s happening on the ground.
We plan to only use an hour, but if there are more questions or sharing that needs to be done, we’ve scheduled an hour and a half.
