This year, we’re trying something a bit different. There will be something for everyone from new staff to CEOs.
In the morning we will discuss growth strategies from different perspectives: a new lender who is doing a lot of loans, a lender who has been around for a long time, and has broken through and is poised for growth, and an established lender who has been selling loans on the secondary market. This is a high-level conversation in which CEOs will be asked to think about their own growth strategies, but where new staff and emerging leaders can learn to understand the landscape and possibilities of the industry beyond their own organization.
We’ll break for lunch so that you will have a chance to go deeper into conversation with your peers.
Then in the afternoon, we’re going to split the groups into C-level and staff in which the C-level attendees will talk about partnerships and the issues that keep them up at night. Staff will have the opportunity for capacity building.
