The Northern California Land Trust is hiring a Vallejo CLT Project Manager. Location: Vallejo, CA.

The new project manager will be a  key staff member for the development and launch of a CLT partnership in Vallejo between NCLT and the Vallejo Housing Justice Coalition (​VHJC​). The position will be based in Vallejo 3 days/ week and will collaboratively lead unique and visionary community-initiated, permanently affordable housing development projects in partnership with community members of the VHJC  Coalition, NCLT’s project development team, and our other partners in the collaborative – Bay Area Regional Health Inequities Initiative (BARHII) and Urban Habitat. The position will serve as a core team member of the NCLT project development team. Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in community development and acquisition-rehab type affordable housing development along with deep knowledge and connection to the diverse communities of Vallejo.

CRC is developing and implementing an Economic Equity Promotora/Community Economic Health worker model that will serve to effectively disseminate information, and act as the bridge between people and financial service providers, social service agencies, and relative nonprofits.
