Rachel believes in the power of entrepreneurship to make real change: close wealth gaps, strengthen communities, and invigorate economies. As Director, Strategy & Impact, Rachel ensures that CAMEO Network’s program design and impact evaluation align with our strategic plan and organizational Theory of Change. Rachel brings nearly two decades of in-house and consulting experience in fundraising, development communications, and strategic planning for a variety of nonprofit organizations, including the International Rescue Committee, the American Civil Liberties Union, and Small Business Majority. Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and her master’s degree in creative writing from Hunter College in New York City.
When not in the office, Rachel can be found in the backyard with her three dogs, planning a trip to see far-flung friends and family, or enjoying a campfire with her husband.
