Mark is passionate about ensuring local communities are empowered to provide entrepreneurs with what they need to succeed. As COO, Mark drives the implementation of organizational priorities and coordinates alignment across the organization. Before joining CAMEO, Mark served in several roles for Small Business Majority after working for both federal and state elected officials.
Through his work in California, Mark serves as Board Chair of TMC Community Capital and is a member of the Equity at Work Council for ReWork the Bay. Additionally, Mark is an Advisory Board Member of the Public Policy Institute of California’s Economic Center and is an Advisory Board Member of FinRegLab’s Data Innovations for Underwriting Minority Business Enterprise initiative.
When not in the office, Mark can be found picking up one of his three kids from sports practice, traveling to weekend tournaments, or dropping them off with their grandparents so he and his wife, Heidi, can have a date night.
