As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising, Douglas oversaw ECDI’s Strategic Partnership efforts and was responsible for cultivating new relationships, securing new sources of funding, managing all new proposals and collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate data collection and program management were met. In addition to Strategic Partnership duties, Douglas was responsible for the operation of ECDI’s Business Incubation & Innovation Center, home to ECDI’s wrap-around small business training services. He is a driving force of curriculum development and technology resources for entrepreneurs.
