Hailing from a family of small business owners, access to capital and entrepreneurship are two things that are near and dear to Adriana’s heart. Having spent nearly a decade of her career at a CDFI and FinTech company, she has helped deploy over $21 million in both loan and grant funds to small businesses across the country. During her tenure at Accion Opportunity Fund, she was involved in business development, underwriting and partnership initiatives. At Hello Alice, she helped manage the launch of small business grant programs offered in partnership with Alibaba, UBS, DoorDash, eBay, FedEx, Pepsico, and other enterprise partners. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, cooking, reading, running and spending time with her three children.
