What’s changed for 2016?

- If your firm has 50 or more full-time equivalent (FTE) employees, you’ll need to offer health insurance to at least 95% of that workforce by the end of 2016.
- If your firm has less than 50 FTE employees, you’re not required to offer health coverage. However, if you choose to offer coverage, it must comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements.
