 ngs exist for staff on the fundamental skills for consistent\, quality mic
 roloan underwriting\, so we developed one!\n\nAlso\, when coaching and tra
 ining staff understand underwriting basics\, they can help their clients b
 e more successful at applying for loans.\n\nCAMEO offers Microlending Esse
 ntials (MILES)\, a microlending underwriting class for the CDFI and busine
 ss-coaching nonprofit community several times a year. This introductory tr
 aining covers multiple analyses: global cash\, credit history\, debt-to-in
 come\, and bank statement. Participants also underwrite and write credit m
