Overview
CAMEO Network’s National CDFI Academy, in collaboration with U.S. Bank, is pleased to offer Building & Using Financial Projections, a 90-minute course designed specifically for CDFIs and mission-based small business lenders.
This course provides a practical walkthrough of how to build and use multi-year projections to support planning, decision making, and communication with stakeholders. The course focuses on the core components of a projection model, including key inputs, structure, and outputs, and how they connect to lending activity and organizational operations.
Led by industry expert Matt Brewter (P2 Advisors), the course includes a live walkthrough of a financial model to demonstrate how projections are developed and used in practice.
Who should attend this course?
This course is designed for CFOs and finance team members, Executive Directors and COOs, lending and program staff, and development staff involved in financial planning.
